Seller payouts

How a seller gets paid: every call is recorded, a share is held for 24 hours, and you withdraw in USDG to the wallet you signed in with.

Tested on mainnet

A real payout was sent on Robinhood Chain. The seller received exactly the amount recorded in the ledger, the payout wallet was debited the same amount, and a second request for the same balance was refused. A payout interrupted by a crash was tested at three points and paid exactly once each time.

The flow

  1. 1
    A buyer is billed
Each call the gateway serves is one row in a ledger, with the model, the amount the buyer was charged, the platform fee and your share.
  2. 2
    A 24-hour hold
Earnings become available to withdraw 24 hours after the sale. The hold gives time to detect a seller that cheated before money leaves.
  3. 3
    You withdraw
On the Payouts page, press Withdraw once the available balance reaches the minimum (1 USD by default). USDG is sent to the wallet you are signed in with. It cannot be sent to another address.
  4. 4
    Heura pays the network fee
You need no ETH. Each payout shows its transaction hash so you can check it on the explorer.

This is not realtime

Money does not land in your wallet on every request. Earnings are recorded at once, then become withdrawable after the hold. This is a deliberate design: instant settlement per call would make the platform pay out before it can tell a bad seller from a good one. If you want automatic withdrawals on a schedule, that is not built yet.

Safety

  • The payout wallet is separate from the wallet that receives buyers' payments. It holds a working float, and the daily limit caps what a bug or a compromise could move.
  • A request for a payout is claimed in the database before anything is sent, and a crash during sending is recovered by nonce and the stored raw transaction, so a seller is paid once.
  • The signing key is read from a mode-600 file and is never returned by any API.
