Quickstart

From nothing to a first answer in about five minutes.

Pre-launch

heura targets Robinhood Chain mainnet (chain id 4663) and takes payment in USDG. It is not launched and nothing has been audited. The API address is https://api.useheura.com/v1 and answers today, but only one seller (run by heura) is behind it so far, so do not send real funds until launch is announced.

Five steps

  1. 1
    Connect a wallet

    Open the app and connect an Ethereum-style wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, OKX). The app asks it to switch to Robinhood Chain. Signing in is one free message signature. There is no email and no password.

  2. 2
    Add balance

    Send USDG on Robinhood Chain from the app's Funding page. One USDG adds $1 to your API balance. You need a little ETH on the same chain for the network fee. Funding explains each step.

  3. 3
    Create a key

    On the API keys page, name a key and optionally set a spend cap in USD. The full key is shown once. Copy it somewhere safe.

  4. 4
    Pick a model

    The Market page lists every model with a live seller and its price. Use the model name exactly as shown.

  5. 5
    Call it

    Point any OpenAI SDK at https://api.useheura.com/v1 and use your key.

Your first call

python
import os
from openai import OpenAI

client = OpenAI(
    base_url="https://api.useheura.com/v1",
    api_key=os.environ["HEURA_API_KEY"],
)
reply = client.chat.completions.create(
    model="openai/gpt-6-luna", # any model listed on Market
    messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Hello"}],
)
print(reply.choices[0].message.content)
Streaming

Add stream: true and the reply arrives in pieces, the same as with OpenAI.

Check your spend

The Overview page lists your recent calls with model, tokens and cost. Every call is charged from your balance; if the balance runs out, calls return 403 until you add more.
